Stereotypes of 90-60-90 perfect proportion have become a mass psychosis. In most cases, they go on diet that helps to lose weight fast, but not safely. A strong wish to get rid of extra pounds without paying attention to harmful dieting affects not only your appearance but also a work of internals.

Dietary does not always bring desired results. Very often, they are opposite: feeling sick, paleness or weakness. Moreover, you may get even more pounds, then you had before. In fact, some kinds of dieting are very dangerous. It is better not to try these ones, even if you are obsessive about weight loss.

 

Mono diet. It requires eating only one king of food. During such diets, our body does not get enough vitamins, proteins, fats and carbohydrates. That is why it harms a work of internals, causes stress and general exhaustion. Therefore, it is allowed to be in such diet not more than one day.

Vegan diet. Both fruits and vegetables are very useful, but a lack of animal proteins causes a decreasing of Hb level, disruption of the endocrine glands, hormonal changes, memory impairment, immunity weakening etc. If for all that you decided to get on a vegan diet, include to your nutrition at least dairy produce.

Raw food diet. The sense of the diet is to it raw food. Of course, it does not mean that you have to eat raw meat. You should take raw fruits, vegetables or nuts. In fact, thermal processing of food activates nutrients and neutralizes harmful substances. A body does not get enough proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Moreover, experts claim that it is not effective.

Soup diet. It requires taking only different kinds of soup. Actually, eating soups is a good habit, but taking exclusively soups leads to stress, exhaustion, a loss of vitality. Finally, your lost pounds will return very soon.

It is possible to lose weight without harm to your health, but it requires time, patience and complete nutrition. It is also very important to ask a nutritionist for advice. Get rid of extra pounds in a right way!
