It is difficult to underestimate the benefits of ginger. In fact, this plant is good for our brain and excitatory system. Moreover, it improves our memory, promotes digestion and of course it helps to lose weight. To get rid of extra pounds it is better to take ginger beverages. Full of vitamin drink also normalizes metabolism, decreases appetite, excretes toxins, promotes fat loss. There are different recipes of these both tasty and healthy beverages.

 

Ginger and lemon.

  1. Split lemon into two parts. Then squeeze juice from one part and cut into small pieces the other part.
  2. Chop about 30 grams of peeled ginger root.
  3. After that mix ginger, lemon pieces and lemon juice.
  4. Pour over a fusion of 1 liter of water.
  5. And finally, let it brew and percolate.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

Ginger, cucumber and lemon.

You should take:

  1. One middle-sized cucumber.
  2. One middle-sized lemon.
  3. A teaspoon of ginger fine grated.
  4. A few fresh mint leaves.
  5. 2 liter of water.

Firstly, wash lemon and slice it. next, peel and cut cucumber. Then put all ingredients into a pot with water. And finally, brew the beverage for 10 hours in a cold place.

Mint, pepper, lemon and ginger.      

  1. 8 teaspoons of chopped ginger.
  2. 8 teaspoons of lemon juice.
  3. A pinch of pepper.
  4. A few mint leaves.
  5. Pour over a fusion of 1 liter of water.
  6. Let it brew and percolate it.                                                                                                                                                          

Ginger coffee

For one cup of water, we will also need:

  1. 3 cloves seeds.
  2. A cinnamon stick.
  3. Chopped cardamom.
  4. Grated nutmeg.
  5. A teaspoon of grated ginger root.
  6. A tablespoon of coffee.
  7. Mint leaves.
  8. Sugar to your mind.
  9. A half of a cup of milk.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Add flavorings and coffee to the boiled water, and then add milk and sugar.

Be sure, that you will see an effect of taking ginger beverages very soon. Moreover,  preparing these drinks is such a pleasure!
