Seven days Japanese diet is both basic diet and light version for those who find it difficult to follow strict rules of the diet and who also tend to give up on the halfway. In fact, you can lose from 3 to 5 kg. Scientists advice to eat healthy food with a lack of salt, sweets, alcohol, smoked product for two or three days before getting on the diet for its effectiveness. Moreover, you should eat according to the diet schedule and it is not allowed to change any constituent from the menu plan.

 

Japanese diet menu for 7 days:

1st day

Breakfast: a cup of black natural coffee without milk of sugar.

Lunch: 2 boiled eggs, cabbage salad spiced up with olive oil, a cup of tomato juice (it will be better if you prepare a juice at home).

Dinner: about 200 grams of fried or boiled fish.

2nd day

Breakfast: a cup of black natural coffee without milk of sugar.

Lunch: fried or boiled fish piece.

Dinner: about 150 grams of boiled beef, a glass of kefir.

3rd day

Breakfast: a cup of black natural coffee without milk of sugar.

Lunch: fried on a vegetable oil zucchini.

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 200 grams of boiled beef, cabbage salad spiced up with vegetable oil.

4th day

Breakfast: a cup of black natural coffee with one toast.

Lunch: boiled carrot salad spiced up with vegetable oil, one raw egg, 10 gram of hard cheese.

Dinner: 2 middle-sized apples.

5th day

Breakfast: fresh carrot salad spiced up with lemon juice.

Lunch: fried or boiled fish piece, tomato juice.

Dinner: 2 small apples.

6th day

Breakfast: a cup of black natural coffee.

Lunch: 500 grams of boiled chicken, raw vegetable salad spiced up with olive oil.

Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, fresh carrot or cabbage salad spiced up with vegetable oil.

7th day

Breakfast: a cup of green tea.

Lunch: 200 grams of boiled beef, fruits (apple, orange or pear)

Dinner: dinner menu plan of any from previous days except of the 3rd.

If it is difficult for you to get used to such poor menu, you can try a few ruses:

  • Always chew food slowly, do not swallow it whole. Do not forget that slowly chewing promotes digestion.
  • Take a glass of water before your meal not to feel
  • Focus on eating, do not read, and do not watch TV of play video games.                                                                          

It is also important to get off the diet on the right way. You do not have to eat smoked or roast food, sweets, drink alcohol for the next week after the end of the Japanese diet. You should add your common food to your nutrition step by step – one product every day.

Before getting on this diet, you should definitely ask a doctor for advice. It can be harmful for people suffering from heart, liver and kidney diseases, gastritis, diabetes and ulcer as well as for pregnant women and during the lactation period.
