Refusing from dessert is a kind of a challenge, especially if you are a real candy hound. That is why many people do not even try to get on a diet. However, desserts are serious enemies of your figure, there are plenty recipes of low-calorie ones. Try to find some for you!

Berry and milk jelly. You need:

  1. 2 glasses of pasteurized milk;
  2. ½ glass of raspberry. It can be fresh or frozen, but grind up it;
  3. 2 tablespoons of raspberry jam;
  4. ¼ glass of powdered sugar;
  5. 2 tablespoons of boiled water;
  6. 2 tablespoons of gelatin;
  7. Fresh berries for dressing.

How to prepare?  Firstly, mix milk, sugar and jam in a small dish. Secondly, cook it on low heat until the occurring of indiscreete mass. Then, percolate it, cool and churn gelatin. After that, add it to the milk fusion, mix it and cool the mass. After jellying, mix it by mixer machine. At the end, cool it again and serve with fresh berries.

Baked apples with honey and nuts.

  1. 4-5 apples;
  2. 30 grams of walnuts;
  3. 20 grams of raisins;
  4. 10 grams of honey;
  5. 5 grams of cinnamon;
  6. 5 grams of carnation.

You need to wash apples and core them. Then wash raisin, grind up nuts and mix it with honey and flavours. After that heat an oven to 350F. Next, stuff apples of filling and put the apples into the oven. You should also bake the dessert about a half an hour.

Honey cupcakes.

  1. 30 grams of honey;
  2. 120 grams of sugar;
  3. 100 grams of vegetable oil;
  4. 200 grams of flour;
  5. 7 grams of salt;
  6. 4 grams of baking soda;
  7. 250 milliliters of warm water.

Add honey, sugar, salt and oil to water. Then mix flour with baking soda and sift a fusion to the water mass. Mix all ingredients until occurring of a smooth paste. It must be like a batter. (You can also add dry fruits or nuts). Next, pour it into cookie cutters and put into an oven. And finally, bake at 450F for 20 minutes.

Apple soufflet. You just need:

  1. 4-5 apples;
  2. 8 egg whites;
  3. 120 grams of powdered sugar.

You should wash and core apples. After that, fine grate apples and squeeze out extra juice. Another thing, separate white eggs from yolks and whip them with the powder into creamy foam. Then heat an oven to 450F, pour the mass into the molds and bake for 20 minutes.

Oat granola bars.

  1. 180 grams of dairy butter;
  2. 150 grams of brown sugar;
  3. 4 tablespoons of honey;
  4. 400 grams of oatmeal;
  5. 1 orange;
  6. 100 grams of raisin;
  7. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

Firstly, heat an oven to 360F and peel an orange. Secondly, melt butter in a big cooking pot. After that, add sugar, honey, cinnamon, citron and mix them. You should also cook it on a slow fire until sugar melting. Next, add oatmeal and raisin to that fusion and mix them. Then, cover baking tin with parchment paper and smooth with oil. Finally, pour the mixture into the molds and bake for 20 minutes. At the end, cool the bars and dice them.
